ELIGIBILITY TO
PARTICIPATE

Participation in the 3,000m Family Run is open to runners of all ages.

*For underage runners, parental or guardian consent is required.

  • Participation formswill be accepted until November 21, 2025.
  • Participants must declare they participate in the Race at their own absolute personal risk
    and responsibility.
  • Participants must have undergone all the necessary medical examinations and
    cardiological screening.
  • Participants are requested to declare that all information provided in the participation
    form is true and accurate.
  • Participants waive any claim against the organizers of the “race” for any physical or other
    injury or damage from any cause, and consent to the free use of their name/image by the
    Media, the Organizer and the sponsors of the “race” for promotional purposes.
  • Participants are requested to declare that under no circumstances will I transfer the race
    number assigned to me by the Organizing Committee to any other individual for the
    purpose of their participation in the Race.
  • Participants accept all of the above conditions of participation.

I. Individual Registrations
This category applies to participants who register on their own.
Collection by the Participant: To receive their participation package, individuals
must present:

  1. A valid form of photo identification (e.g., National ID Card, Passport).
  2. Proof of payment of the participation fee.


Collection by Proxy: If a participant is unable to collect their own package, they may
authorize a representative to do so. The representative must present:

  1. Their own valid photo identification.
  2. A photocopy of the registered participant's identification.


Minor Participants: Minors registered individually must present a valid form of
official identification (e.g., student ID, passport, or an official certificate of identity)
to collect their participation package.

II. Group Registrations
This category applies to teams of ten (10) or more and is available to sports clubs, running
associations, companies, schools, public or private organizations, and other formal or
informal groups.

  • Team Leader Designation: Each group must appoint a Team Leader who will serve as the official representative for the team in all matters concerning the event. The Team Leader may also be a participant in the race.
  • Collection by Team Leader: The Team Leader is responsible for collecting the participation packages for the entire group. For collection, the Team Leader must present:

 

  1. Their own valid photo identification.
  2. Proof of payment for the group's total participation fee.


Collection by a Group Representative: In the event the Team Leader is unable to collect the packages, an alternate representative must be formally designated by the team. This representative must present their own valid photo identification and the group's proof of payment.


Inclusion of Minors in a Group: If a group includes participants under the age of 18,
their registration is only considered valid when the Team Leader submits the
required participation form for each minor, fully completed with the personal
information and contact details of their parent or legal guardian. This action serves
as confirmation of parental/guardian consent and authorizes the Team Leader to
collect the minor's participation package.

Unofficial results are announced online immediately after the end of each race.
All participants have the right to appeal within ten (10) working days after the end of the
race. Official results are announced within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the
race.
