- START: Ancient Olympia Town Hall
- Turn right at the Olympia Palace Hotel towards Ch. Kosmopoulos Street
- At the end of Ch. Kosmopoulos Street, turn left towards the third parallel (Café Rodo)
- Straight ahead on Dim. Zouni Street
- At the intersection with the main Prax Street. Kondyli, turn right towards Pyrgos
- Turn right at the Fire Station towards the village of Koskina
- Go straight towards Magira
- At the entrance of the village turn left towards the old provincial road of Pyrgos-Platanos-Lampia (direction towards Platanos)
- U-turn towards Magira & Koskina
- At the Fire Station turn left onto the main road of Prax. Kondyli
- Straight course, passing the Town Hall
- Straight course to the dock of the old Museum (Syggrio)
- Straight course towards the archaeological site, passing the bridge over the Kladeos River (don't forget to enjoy the scenery of the Kronios Hill)
- Pass by the Ancient Stadium (right) and the Pierre de Coubertin Monument (left)
- Toward the Olympic Academy, pass by the Sanctuary of the Warrior Demeter (opposite the old National Road of Olympia-Tripoli (municipal road)
- Course towards Linaria and Agios Nikolaos - turn around
- Following the same route, reach Ancient Olympia, repeat the Half Marathon route
- FINISH: Ancient Olympia Town Hall
DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
Registration
To participate in the Marathon Race, a runner must have reached the age of 18.
The runner participates in the “race” entirely at their own responsibility, having undergone the necessary medical examinations and the required cardiological checkup. The runner also declares that the information provided in the application form is completely true. The runner waives any claim against the organizers of the “race” for any bodily or other injury or damage from any cause and consents to the free use of their name/image by the Media, the Organizer, and the sponsors of the “race” for promotional purposes. Finally, the runner commits that under no circumstances and for no reason will they transfer the bib number provided by the Organizing Committee of the “race” to another person to participate in the “race.” The runner accepts all the above terms of participation.
Awards - Prizes
Prizes (diploma and medal) will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the overall classification for every race in the competition. The top male and female athlete in each race will be awarded a cup. A commemorative Olympia Marathon medal will be given to all participants who cross the finish line.
Cash Prizes
The top three overall finishers of the Half Marathon will receive the following cash prizes:
Women/Men
1st place: €300
2nd place: €200
3rd place: €150
- Participation forms will be accepted until November 8, 2025.
- Participants must declare they participate in the Race at their own absolute personal risk
and responsibility. - Participants must have undergone all the necessary medical examinations and
cardiological screening. - Participants are requested to declare that all information provided in the participation
form is true and accurate. - Participants waive any claim against the organizers of the “race” for any physical or other
injury or damage from any cause, and consent to the free use of their name/image by the
Media, the Organizer and the sponsors of the “race” for promotional purposes. - Participants are requested to declare that under no circumstances will I transfer the race
number assigned to me by the Organizing Committee to any other individual for the
purpose of their participation in the Race. - Participants accept all of the above conditions of participation.
WATER will be offered at the START, FINISH, and the 8 support stations
ISOTONIC DRINK will be offered at 10 km, 15 km, 20 km, 25 km, 30 km, 35 km, 40 km, and the FINISH
ENERGY GEL will be offered at 20 km and 30 km
ALCOHOL-FREE BEER will be offered at the FINISH
* Every 2.5 km.: access to water, WC, and medical support
*Access to Disabled WC will be available at the START and FINISH
*Medical Support Stations will be located at the START and FINISH

This category applies to participants who register on their own.
Collection by the Participant: To receive their participation package, individuals
must present:
- A valid form of photo identification (e.g., National ID Card, Passport).
- Proof of payment of the participation fee.
Collection by Proxy: If a participant is unable to collect their own package, they may
authorize a representative to do so. The representative must present:
- Their own valid photo identification.
- A photocopy of the registered participant's identification.
Minor Participants: Minors registered individually must present a valid form of
official identification (e.g., student ID, passport, or an official certificate of identity)
to collect their participation package.
II. Group Registrations
This category applies to teams of ten (10) or more and is available to sports clubs, running
associations, companies, schools, public or private organizations, and other formal or
informal groups.
- Team Leader Designation: Each group must appoint a Team Leader who will serve as the official representative for the team in all matters concerning the event. The Team Leader may also be a participant in the race.
- Collection by Team Leader: The Team Leader is responsible for collecting the participation packages for the entire group. For collection, the Team Leader must present:
- Their own valid photo identification.
- Proof of payment for the group's total participation fee.
Collection by a Group Representative: In the event the Team Leader is unable to collect the packages, an alternate representative must be formally designated by the team. This representative must present their own valid photo identification and the group's proof of payment.
Inclusion of Minors in a Group: If a group includes participants under the age of 18,
their registration is only considered valid when the Team Leader submits the
required participation form for each minor, fully completed with the personal
information and contact details of their parent or legal guardian. This action serves
as confirmation of parental/guardian consent and authorizes the Team Leader to
collect the minor's participation package.
Unofficial results are announced online immediately after the end of each race.
All participants have the right to appeal within ten (10) working days after the end of the
race. Official results are announced within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the
race.
