Receipt of racing equipment and new registrations until the new places are exhausted, for which priority will be given.
Saturday 28/11, 10.00-19.00, City Hall of Ancient Olympia, Multipurpose Hall, ground floor.
10km runners are requested to collect their equipment between 10.00-12.00 as the race takes place at 15.00.
New registrations for the 10km will be made no later than 12.00pm.
Bib Number Collection Information
- The Bib Number will be collected exclusively at the Registration Centre of the event, on the above mentioned day and time.
- Runners must provide identification (ID card or passport).
- The collection of the equipment is done individually. If a team wishes to collect the equipment of its members as a group, it should inform the Organising Committee at info@olympiamarathon.gr

For the storage of personal belongings there will be space available within the Town Hall of Ancient Olympia. Athletes can use their own bags in which they will have placed the sticker number they will receive along with their participation number. It is recommended that no valuables and valuables are present. The organisation is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Participants will have to travel to the starting area by their own means and ensure that they arrive on time, one hour before the start.
There will be a changing area and toilets at the Town Hall of Ancient Olympia as well as chemical toilets within the routes.
There will be mileage indications every 5km in Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km
Please note: Runners must run on the right side of the road.

ROAD 10km

There will be electronic timing in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km Road, Family Run 3km:
For the recording of intermediate times there will be electronic control and timing carpets at key points of the routes.
Attention:
- Do not detach the sensor (rfid chip) from your registration number.
- Do not tamper or crumple the number.
- Place the number in front of your chest using the pins provided in the entry packet (no magnets).
- Do not cover the entry number with anything, it must be visible.
Do not reproduce, exchange or transfer the entry number.
There will be a doctor, ambulances, Red Cross rescuers on the route at fixed points and a rescuer on a motorbike.
Olympia International Marathon 42.195m: 360'
Half Marathon 21.097,5m: 180'
10,000m: 90'.
Health and Dynamic Walking 3.000m: 40'.
Health and Dynamic Race 1.000m: 40'. Disabled: 30'
Children's race 1.000m. 15'.
The unofficial results are live online during the matches. All participants have the right of appeal after the end of the race, within ten (10) working days. The official results are announced within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the race.
- Participation in the "race" is at the absolute personal responsibility of the runners.
- Runners must have undergone the necessary medical examinations and the necessary cardiac check-up.
- They are required to declare responsibly that the information on the entry form they fill in is absolutely true.
- Runners waive any claim against the organisers of the "race" for any physical or other injury or damage from any cause, and consent to the free use of their name/image by the media, the organiser and sponsors of the "race" for promotional purposes.
- Participants undertake that under no circumstances and under no circumstances will they assign their entry number to another person in order to participate in the "race".
- Runners accept all of the above conditions of entry.
*In thecase of a minor, the details of the parent exercising custody of the minor are obligatory, and the submission of the application form indicates the parent's consent to the participation of his/her child in the "race", as well as his/her agreement with the contents of the application form.
All adults over 18 years of age are eligible to participate in the International Marathon of Olympia and the Half Marathon Road.
Those over 12 years of age are eligible to participate in the 10,000m Road Race.
Participation in the 3,000m Health and Dynamic Walking Road is free for runners of all ages.
*Forunderage runners, parental/guardian consent is required.
Participate in any race you wish, either individually or as a team:
α. Individual registration: registration of individual persons.

If you wish to pick up another runner's equipment, please bring a photocopy of your identity card or passport.
For underage runners who have registered as an individual participant, please present your identity card or other official government document or certificate of identity in order to collect your sports equipment.
β.Group registration: registration of groups of more than 10 persons in the Road Race of your choice.
Group registrations are possible for: sports clubs, runners' clubs, gyms, companies, schools, private and public organisations, travel agencies, and groups of people who wish to participate as a team.
When registering as a team, please designate one member as a leader, who is asked to represent the team to the organizers.
*Theleader may be a runner himself.
ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD
Please pay your registration fee using a credit or debit card via the official registration page.
ATTENTION
In order to be valid, you must pay the registration fee by online payment when you submit your registration form.
Cancellations are accepted only until November 8, 2026, and only upon written request. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 8/11/25. Refunds will be made within one month after the event.
An invoice for services (with the necessary payment of 24% VAT as required by Greek law) can only be issued upon request.
The organisers are not responsible for any medical incidents during the race, which are the result of lack of preventive medical check-ups.
The organisation does not require participants to provide medical certificates.
Runners participate at their own risk. Underage runners participate at the sole risk of their parents/guardians.
Please have a recent, complete medical check-up.

According to the regulation, the International Marathon of Olympia and the Half Marathon Road will be subject to doping control by EOKAN.
